Reading and other hobbies...

DO YOU LIKE BOOKS?

I love to read. Since I was little girl, I remember, I loved to turn page after page and watch, what is different since I last time saw it.
Then I learned to read. And this is how my madness began. I read everything and everywhere!
I can say that reading is my biggest hobby.
The other one is travelling. I could live with one suitcase, just to visit new places, meet new people, get new emotions.
My third hobby is ...home makeover! :)
Yeap... I like create new looks in my old flat. Beautiful things, walls, furnitures... I love them.

And last one is ... pisanie - writing.
But this is secret.

writing - pisanie

reading - czytanie

Lubię pisać i czytać.  - I like reading and writing.

What is your hobby?

Greetings

Happy September! ;)

Do you like school? Or did you like school, when you was younger? :)
Polish students just started new year of learning and for the first time to school going children aged six. (earlier school's duty was started at seven).
Yesterday I saw many happy children! Parents looked... much more nervous... :D

It reminded me old polish joke:
" - Mum! I don't want to go to school!
- But why? School is great!
- No! I don't like it: I have so much to do, children don't like me, buuuu...
- But son! You are principal of this school!..."
:)

Do you know these words:
school - szkoła
student, pupil - uczeń
teacher - nauczyciel
book - książka
pen - długopis, pióro

Have a great new school year!

My name!

Hi!

My third post gonna show You, how to introduce yourself, when You meet somebody intresting :)

In polish we say:

"Nazywam się ..." what means "My name is..."

"Nazywam się Mea." - my name is Mea. Then You can smile, it is my private advice.

My friend asked me once, how we pronounced "się". It is litlle a bit like "siew", but you can tell "siee", and it will be good.

Does anyone check my english? :)

Greetings from Poland.
